- Modification to Pre-Solicitation Notice for M22. Binoculars. Change: Estimtated Maximum Quantity to 60,000. M22 Binoculars. The TACOM Contracting Center, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, on behalf of TACOM Contracting Center, Warren, Michigan, intends to issue a Full and Open competitive solicitation for the M22 Binoculars, NSN: 1240-01-439-2730. The solicitation may result in a Firm Fixed Price, 3 Year Requirements contract, for an approximate maximum quantity of 35,000 M22 Binoculars. This item is restricted to vendors who have a security clearance as this item contains classified information. Vendors must currently possess a security clearance to participate in this procurement. This procurement will be conducted through the Warren TACOM-Contracting Center procurement system, but performed at Rock Island Arsenal, IL until time of award.
