- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government. The U.S. Marshals Service/Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation Service (USMS/JPATS) intends to procure Hangar Facility Maintenance Services (See Draft Statement of Work attached). The period of performance is for a base period of six (6) months (April 1, 2011 - September 30, 2011) and two (2) option years. The Government contemplates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract. The services will be provided in Oklahoma City, OK. All interested firms shall submit their capabilities packages addressing their ability and experience in providing the services in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work. Small businesses that are certified and qualified as a small business concern under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code # 238990 with a size standard of $14.0 million are highly encouraged to submit their capabilities packages. In addition to submitting your capabilities, please respond to the following questions: 1. Is your firm registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)? In accordance with federal regulations, all contractors doing business with the federal government must be registered in the CCR database. 2. Based on the NAICS code above, what is your business size, small or large? 3. Within the past 5 years, have you provided similar services with commerical entities, federal, state or local governments? If so, please describe and include the contract number, dollar value, period of performance and current status of the contract. 4. Does your firm possess or have the ability to obtain all licenses, certifications, permits, and bonding as required by the state, county, city, other jurisdictions, and all entities of the Federal Governement to perform these services. 4. Can your firm provide these services at a fair and reasonable price? Please provide estimated Labor Categories and Fully Labor Rates? 5. If awarded a contract, how many calendar days after award could you begin providing services? 6. Please indicate any General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract number(s) your firm has been awarded in association with these services and their respective expiration date(s). A solicitation to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine the interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the government. If capabilities packages are not received from at least two capable small business concerns by the response date or if the Government determines that no small businesses are capable of performing this requirement based upon an evaluation of the capabilities packages submitted; this requirement will be solicited under full and open procedures. Capabilities packages shall be submitted (via e-mail) to the POC listed below not later than 12:00 pm (noon) EST, December 13, 2010.
