Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), intends to negotiate with BRUKER BIOSPIN CORPORATION, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), for 92396 renewal Maintenance Support for the CyroPlatform Systems for the period of 12/15/2010 through 12/14/2011 for the base period and 12/15/2011 through 12/14/2012 for the Option period. Interested parties that are authorized by BRUKER BIOSPIN CORPORATION to provide maintenance services aforementioned may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability by providing a capability statement and authorization on or before the response date for this notice. Such written responses will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
