Description

The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Ortho-Clinical diagnostics, 100 Indigo Dr. Rochester N.Y. For the Technology Upgrade to the VA's current Ortho Eci Analyzer. VA Connecticut requires this BPA/contract for its ongoing Proprietary use of the Ortho Eci system. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government may consider any proposals received by 12/06/2010. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made without discussions.
