- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: Mentor Graphics ™ Computer Aided Design Software Maintenance. This requirement is sole sourced to Mentor Graphics Corporation, 8005 SW Boeckman Rd., Wilsonville OR, 97070-9733 due to this being a renewal of software maintenance for Mentor Graphics Computer Aided Design package and is only available through the manufacturer of the software. Alternate electronic design software would not be compatible with the design tools presently in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Mentor Graphics Computer Aided Design Software Maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the response date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
