- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), St Inigoes, Maryland has a requirement for: SolidWorks Office Subs, Service renewal-3Year Lic#0000002354756303 (qty 1), SolidWorks Subs, Service renewal-3 Year Lic# 0000001490897004, 0000001490907061 (qty 2), SolidWorks Professional Subs, Service renewal- 3 Year (qty 2), SolidWorks Simulation Professional Service renewal- 3 Years (qty 6), SolidWorks Flow Simulation Standalone Service Initial- 3 Years (qty 1). Provided by Trimech Solutions LLC, Glen Allen VA. Trimech are the original and only known provider of this non-commercial item. The production of this item requires access to proprietary information controlled by Trimech. NAWCAD intends to negotiate solely with Trimech for the above items with an anticipated award date of December 15, 2010, and an estimated delivery date of March 04, 2011. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government solely for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement will consider all capabilities statements received. Technical capability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision. Therefore, it is incumbent on the interested party to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis for the brand specific item based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The delivery date is March 4, 2011. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DOD contract.
