Description
This contract will follow our fiscal year: Base Year will run from 15 December 2010 through 30 September 2011 Option Year One will run from 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012 Option Year Two will run from 1 October 2012 through 30 September 2013 The specifications are as follows: *BASE YEAR - DELIVERY AND PICK UP OF CHEMICAL LATRINES (625 Each) Must be able to provide customer service to both military and civilian customers THE QUANTITY IS AN ESTIMATE based on usage from last year January: 0 - 5 latrines February: 5 - 10 latrines March: 5 - 10 latrines April: 45 - 50 latrines May: 60 - 70 latrines June: 200 - 250 latrines July: 55 - 70 latrines August: 50 - 70 latrines September: 20 - 30 latrines October: 25 - 35 latrines November: 5 -10 latrines December: 0 - 5 latrines Amounts can vary due to annual training and deployment training Must have the ability to manage and provide up to 250 chemical latrines at one time to include moving and cleaning them Must be able to provide chemical latrine service on a short suspense of 12 - 24 hours in some cases Camp Ripley will provide an enclosed area to store additional latrines when necessary. Placements can be made much quicker if the extra latrines are easily accessible and on-hand. Must have adequate number of staff to support the needs/requirements for the chemical latrine service at Camp Ripley during the busiest months from April through August. The highest number of latrines used at one time would be 250 Must have adequate vehicle i.e. four wheel drive to navigate uneven terrain and unimproved trails to serve the customer's requirements Must be able to read a Military Map and deliver/place chemical latrine(s) to the correct locations as per the unit/customer request SPECIAL NOTES: PRICING FOR THIS LINE ITEM WILL BE PER LATRINE Price is per latrine with NO TIME LIMIT - It could be 2 weeks, 1 month or even 3 months (Specific Details will be made with the end user upon request) *BASE YEAR - SERVICE IN PLACE (1,800 Each) Service required cleaning the latrine(s) while still in use Pricing will be per cleaning *BASE YEAR - CLEAN AND MOVE (250 Each) Service to clean and move latrine(s) to another location due to training requirements and/or customer needs Pricing is per latrine *BASE YEAR - DELIVERY AND PICK UP OF CHEMICAL LATRINES (HANDICAPPED) (20 Each) Same rules apply as first line item *BASE YEAR - DELIVERY AND PICK UP OF CHEMICAL LATRINES IN WINTER MONTHS (40 Each) Winter use of latrines - Added Chemical used to prevent from freezing Winter months are approximately from November through March *BASE YEAR - CLEANING SERVICES FOR ONE (1) 814 TRADITIONAL RESTROOM TRAILER (30 Each for Base Year - 36 Each for Option Years) This Restroom Trailer is owned by the Government but requires cleaning services This Restroom Trailer contains Men and Women Facilities Woman Accommodations: Two (2) China Flushing Water Saver Stools One (1) Water Saver Faucet with Stainless Steel Sink Men Accommodations: Three (3) China Flushing Water Saver Urinals One (1) China Flushing Water Saver Stool One (1) Water Saver Faucet with Stainless Steel Sink PRICE WILL BE PER CLEANING Since this is a new purchase, the QUANTITY is an estimate SPECIAL NOTE: Adjustments/Modifications will be made when necessary, due to the needs/requirements of service requested by customers SPECIAL NOTE: Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)is required for invoicing and payments on this contract. Detailed instructions are provided in the RFQ. PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: W90HPR 0281-5000 The solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912LM-11-T-0017. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 562991 and the business size is $7 million. The Government intends to evaluate based on product information data submitted with quote and make award based on Best Value to the Government. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN Friday, 10 December 2010 at 4:00 pm.
