- Delineated Area for Menard County Petersburg, IL REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Menard County, Petersburg, Illinois is interested in leasing approximately 3.700 rentable square feet together with 45 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor's control with space for pull thru trucks and trailers. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,290 ANSI/BOMA Office space to a maximum of 3,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous first class, high quality office space. The lease term is 10 years with a 120 day termination clause. Preference will be given to first floor and single tenancy space. The Government Will Not Pay For Any Costs Incurred As A Result Of This Advertisement. DELINEATED AREA: (See attached map) The delineated area for the Menard County, Petersburg, IL USDA Service Center is within or fronting the following boundaries: North: beginning at the intersection of N Petersburg Rd/Co Hwy 7 & Altig Bridge Rd, heading East to the intersection of Altig Bridge Rd & Smoot Rd. East: beginning at the intersection of Altig Bridge & Smoot Rd, heading South to the intersection of Smoot Rd & Curtis Blacktop, heading South to the intersection of Cutris Blacktop and Hwy 123, heading East to the intersection of Hwy 123 & Indian Point Rd, heading Southeast to theintersection of Indian Point Rd & Tice Rd, heading South to the intersection of Tice Rd & Athens Blacktop, heading East to the intersection of Athens Blacktop & A Kent Rd, heading South to the intersection of A Kent Rd & Clemens Rd, heading Southeast to the intersection of Clemens Rd & Harris Rd, then heading South to the intersection of Harris Rd & Co Hwy 4/Gudgel Rd.
