Description

This modification is issued to address Questions submitted prior to deadline:Questions: 1. What is the recommended distance between data loggers. Answer: Distance between the data loggers should be sufficient to document changes in the river due to tributary inputs and groundtruth TIR imagery. 2. You have changes the requirement to TIR Georefferenced images instead of a TIR Mosaic, would you accept a TIR Georectified Mosiac? Answer: Yes. 3. Your requirement for 1-5 meter TIR resolution will have problems in reading the Temperature in most of the creeks. Even if we provide a 1m resolution, while reading a 1m length creek we will have problems in measuring the temperature as it will represent water and ground (representing different temperatures) in a single pixel. Based on available technologies we recommend to change the required TIR resolution to at least half of the length of the measured flow, in this case we should plan for a TIR resolution of 0.35cm. Answer: This recommendation is acceptable. 4. Verification that the Service Contract Act of 1965 does apply to this contract. There are no other changes.
