- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W91CRB-10-T-0003. Submit written quotes. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46 and DFARS Change Notice 20101102. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 335129 and Size Standard 500 employees apply to this procurement. The attached Justification and Approval Document authorizes this Brand Name Specific RFQ. 1. Quotes shall conform to the CLIN structure as established in this synopsis/solicitation. 2. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days after close of this solicitation. 3. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist in writing; telephone and other means of oral communication will NOT be permitted. The Contract Specialist is Danielle Moyer, Danielle.moyer@us.army.mil The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with the following structure: CLIN 0001: NightHunter 3 Shield Mount Upgrade Kits Xenonics Part Number NH3-6100 Minimum Quantity: 138 Maximum Quantity: 238 CLIN 0002 NightHunter Battery Packs Xenonics Part Number NH3-6229 Minimum Quantity: 0 Maximum Quantity: 291 CLIN 0003 NightHunter Lamp Modules Xenonics Part Number NHX-6230 Minimum Quantity: 20 Maximum Quantity: 311 The minimum quantity for all orders issued against this contract shall not be less than the minimum quantity stated above for each Contract Line Item (CLIN). The maximum quantity for all orders issued against this contract shall not exceed the maximum quantity stated above for each CLIN. Offerors shall price the above CLINs per unit. DELIVERY: Delivery of the above stated items shall be made thirty (30) days after date of delivery order award. Delivery will be F.O.B. Origin. This contract will require a Kind, Count and Condition from the contractors local DCMA office.
