Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This does not constitute a solicitation. The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. If a solicitation is issued, it will be issued at a later date. All interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this notice is to determine the availability of existing contracts for the collection, segregation, transport, disposal, and incineration of universal and non-RCRA pharmaceutical waste. The Government is interested in parties that currently hold one of the following: Federal Supply Schedules, existing contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs, or contracts with other Government agencies (OGAs). Respondents must be capable of providing services to the following North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS) locations: Malcom-Randall VAMC, Lake City VAMC, Tallahassee OPC, Jacksonville OPC, and The Villages OPC. All locations are located in North Florida. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) identifier for this service is 562211. Interested parties holding existing Government contracts may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: 1.Name 2.Information on the contract held, including: contract number, agency, location(s), a description of services provided, and the contracting officer's contact information Responses shall be sent via mail or email, no later than 4 p.m. on November 30, 2010.
