Description
Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1135, IQC1010300009044, 6150-01-565-7978, Cable Assembly. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is a sole source HUBZone set-aside, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is a HUBZone set-aside and only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or HUBZone dealers furnishing a HUBZone manufacturer's product will be considered. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Surge and sustainment is not required. Approved HUBZone source of supply is Celltron, Inc. CAGE 62765 part number C3-305. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 636 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 159 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 159 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 636 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 1,272 each. The Requested delivery is 173 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on December 2, 2010 with a closing date of January 4, 2011. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part numbered items" applies.
