- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1- Qty 4; EXC-4000PCI/F3 and 2- Qty 4; X4K-F3 (Cable Assembly for Item 1) This requirement is sole sourced to Excalibur Systems, Inc., 311 Meacham Avenue, Elmont, NY 11003, due to compatibility with the existing circuit cards that is already in place in the laboratory. These circuit cards are the ONLY ones that will work with the software we are required to use for our laboratory testing equipment in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Excalibur circuit cards may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
