- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 5 DAYS. This solicitation is for Janitorial Services on Humbolt-Toiyabe National Forest, for the Ruby Mountains/Jarbidge Ranger District, Forest Service offices located in Wells, Nevada. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary on the areas specified. All aspects of the work shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to assure services will be performed in accordance with the statement of work.
