Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this notice. There will not be a solicitation, specifications, or drawings available at this time. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic, OICC MCI East, Camp Lejeune is inquiring for sources that can provide hardware and associated software to allow the integration of Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune Facilities (HVAC data) into the MCB Camp Lejeune energy monitoring and control system (EMCS). The required hardware/software must be compatible with Metasys and must be included/ approved to operate on the USMC network via the Defense Information Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP). MCB Camp Lejeune utilizes a Johnson Controls (JCI) Metasys EMCS. JCI Metasys is the only EMCS software approved in the DoN Application and Database Management System (DADMS) to operate on the MCB Camp Lejeune computer network. Facilities aboard MCB Camp Lejeune will have HVAC control systems from multiple facilities and will be incorporated into the EMCS via construction and/or maintenance and repair contracts in the near future. Notifications of interest must be submitted in writing via email; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be emailed to the following address: ryan.mcracken@navy.mil. Responses must be received as soon as possible but no later than 1400, 22 November 2010.
