Description: It has been determined that there are significant changes needed to this Request for Proposal (RFP). Due to the nature and extent of these changes, it has been determined to be in the Government 冱 best interest to cancel this solicitation. We do intend to issue a new solicitation for an Environmental Multiple Award Contract on or about 2 December 10. This new RFP will still be a service contract, 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
