- Attach 10 - Specifications Attach 9 - Sample Calculation Attach 8 - Present/Past Performance Questionnaire Attach 7 - Subcontractor Past Performance Release Attach 6 - Present/Past Performance Transmittal Letter Attach 5 - Past Performance Questionnaire Tracking Attach 4 - Client Authorization Letter Attach 3 - FACTS Sheet Attach 2 - Appendix C Attach 1 - DBA Wage Determination Paving IDIQ RFP Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, administration and management necessary to perform all work required by this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Base wide Paving projects at Robins AFB GA. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Foreign Contractor participation is permitted at the Prime Contractor level. The government anticipates award of multiple firm fixed price IDIQ contracts. Task order to be issued against the contract will consist of paving type projects. During the contract period, the Base Civil Engineer will identify paving tasks required to complete each specific job and the Contracting Officer will issue individual task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs. No government furnished office space will be provided. The performance period of each contract will consist of a one-year basic period and four one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum contract amount will be $10.000.00 for each contract and the combined aggregate maximum amount will be no more than $22,500,000.00. Individual task orders will vary in size with a minimum order of $2,000.00 and a maximum task order of $500,000.00 The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5M. Contract award will be based on best value, using performance-price trade-off (PPT) procedures. The official copy of the solicitation will not be proved on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper. To be eligible for contract award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http:www.ccr.gov/. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is 07 Jul 10 with an estimated 45 calendar day response period.
