Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), intends to negotiate with INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY COUNCIL, INC), on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), for renewal of International Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS) Executive Board Membership and the following services: The membership period will be 01/01/2011 through 12/31/2011 for the base period and 01/01/2012 through 12/31/2012 for the Option period. Interested parties that are authorized to provide INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY COUNCIL, INC., (ITI/INCITS) membership and services aforementioned may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability by providing a capability statement and authorization on or before the response date for this notice. Such written responses will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
