Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026311T0009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46 and DFARS Publication 20101103. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 812930 and the small business size standard is $35.5 million. This acquisition is for the procurement of parking passes, in support of 8th Marine Corps District, Recruiting Station Denver. Utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures the Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 15 parking passes for one year. The contract requirements for this procurement are outlined in Attachment 1. See Attachment 1 for all applicable provisions and clauses. The basis for award is lowest price technically acceptable. Technical Acceptability is meeting all specifications as detailed in the attachment. Successful awardee shall also have satisfactory past performance. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include the following: (1) Price: all pricing quoted shall be FOB Contractor ™s Facility, (2) Address of parking facilitiy, (3) Security measures in place, to include access policy, (4) Facility amenities, (5) Facility set-up (e.g. covered garage parking, open lit parking, etc.), (6) Past performance reference for simlar type support within the last 3 years. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards.
