- RA10305013/ IQC10305009062. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN: 6695-00-538-7212, Case, Indicator manufactured in accordance with Mod-a-Can, Inc (CAGE 54709),part number 450887-7 and Honeywell International Inc (CAGE 94580), part number 450887-7. This item will be solicited as Unrestricted, utilizing full and open competition. This item is not a CSI item. This item is not a commercial item. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 324 each per base year and 324 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available at CFolders. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 132 days ARO. FOB DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with Full and Open Competition. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
