Description: TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with the IBM, 8401 Greensboro Drive, McLean, VA 22102. The purpose of this procurement is to procure Web Based Training to include Rhapsody Boot Camp, IBM Rational Publishing, Telelogic Doors Practitioner, IBM Rational Requirements Composer, IBM Rational Doors DXL, and IBM Introduction to Telelogic Focal Point. The training is for five classes for six people each class and a sixth class for 12 people. The negotiated contract will be a firm fixed price with an estimated award value of $90,578.
