Description
RA10305012/ IQC10305009063. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN: 6685-00-936-2139, Indicator, Temperature, Electrical Resistance manufactured in accordance with specification number MIL-1-10986F (2) NOT 2. This item is not a CSI item. This item is not a commercial item. This item is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 2568 each per base year and 2568 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available at CFolders. Surge requirements do apply. Required delivery is 156 days ARO including Production is 56 days ARO; First Article Test Report by Contractor is 30 days; Government FAT approval is 60 days and 10 Days Shipping upon FAT approval. FOB DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. Stock Locations are within the continental United States. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
