Description

Recovery. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to designated contractors under Multiple Award Schedule, Professional Engineering Services, category 8717, Construction Management Services. The General Services Administration (Region Four) plans to utilize the GSA Professional Engineering Services Construction Management Schedule 8717 to acquire services for Construction Management as Agent (CMa) services for the HVAC upgrades at two facilities in North Carolina funded by the Recovery Act. Services are being acquired for the Century Station Federal Building and U.S. Post Office in Raleigh, NC and Hiram H. Ward Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Winston-Salem, NC. This notice is not for solicitation for offers. The Request for Quote (RFQ) package will be sent to designated GSA Schedule contractors under the Professional Engineering Services, Construction Management Schedule 8717. This acquisition falls under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to Bobbie Clark, GSA Contracting Officer at bobbie.clark@gsa.gov. This is an ARRA requirement.
