- The referenced contract (FA5240-10-F-A052) will be modified from a GSA Schedule Delivery Order to Open Market. This action is to necessitate the open market items that were awarded inadvertently on a delivery order that are not covered by the GSA Schedule for Motorola. The original requirement was posted for competition and had met posting requirements. This notice will not result in the issuance of a new solicitation and is not an invitation or request for proposals. Opposition to this action must be submitted in writing by 12:00PM (EDT), on Monday, November 22nd.
