- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6680-01-004-1859, Control, Rate of Flow, Liquid, in accordance with US Army TACOM drawing 11675559 Rev B, Approved Source: Paine Electronics CAGE 13624 P/N 260-64-150-01. Source control item. DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. The estimated annual quantity is 624 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 156 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The Maximum annual contract quantity is 936 EA. FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the M-109 Series Howitzer, the Recovery M-578 Vehicle, and the Field Artillery Ammunition Support Vehicle (FAASV) (M992). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is November 26, 2010. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
