- ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit sources and pricing under the authority of FAR 13.500---PROQUEST, LLC. 789 E EISENHOWER PKWY, ANN ARBOR, MI 48108-3218. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures --- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item, using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than Monday, 15 November 2010 - 09:00 A.M., CDST. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit quotes for consideration by the Government to jamaya.smith@usace.army.mil. Please use solicitation number referenced in the subject line. 1. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Library has a requirement to use ProQuest LLC as a sole source to purchase ERDC multisite access to RefWorks. All authorized ERDC users will have full access to this database. 2. Pro Quest LLC is the sole distributor and provider of electronic access to RefWorks
