Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-07-G-0008 to the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office for the procurement of Engine Air Particle Separator (EAPS) blowers Inlet Guide Vane & Upstream Regulation. This effort includes developing, manufacturing, and installing EAPS blowers Inlet Guide Vane & Upstream Regulation & all related components. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt rotor aircraft and is the only known source that possesses the engineering data, technical skills and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, operation, and maintenance and support characteristics of the aircraft.
