- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. Responses to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responses to this sources sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Syracuse VA Medical Center is seeking sources to assist with the provision of Imaging Technical and Professional components of mostly general X-ray images, for VA-Ft. Drum Specialty Clinic patients. This may include chest, abdomen, legs, bones, shoulders, etc. The volume of the images needed to be taken and reported are approximately 10-15/wk. to be performed Monday-Friday within a 5 mile radius of the VA-Ft. Drum specialty clinic located in Watertown, NY in the C.A.N.I. building. This shall include Imaging Technologists and Radiologists and other administrative staff being available for duty during the normal workday as defined herein. The Contractor shall provide technical component (image acquisition) and the Professional component in order to provide a final written report faxed back to the clinic. Interested parties may identify their capability by submitting literature detailing their experience and resources. Offerors response shall be limited to 5 pages and shall include the Offeror ™s Company Name, DUNS number, address, point of contact, title, phone number and email address. Offeror shall also identify their type of business (Small or large) and socioeconomic status whether Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Hubzone, 8(a), Woman owned, Small Disadvantaged, etc. The NAICs code for this is 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers (size standard of $13.5 million). Responses are to be sent electronically to Stephanie.French@va.gov or mailed to Stephanie French (2-90NC), 1304 Buckley Rd, Suite 101, Syracuse, NY 13212. Facsimile responses will not be accepted. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be published on the FBO website. Responses to this sources sought notice are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested parties will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought notice. Interested parties are reminded to register with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts. Responses must be received by 11/17/2010.
