- W58RGZ-11-D-0005 ***ATTENTION***ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Hazel Ervin, Contract Specialist, email: hazel.ervin@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX0F0557AX; NOUN; Pan Drip; NSN: 1660-01-588-8747; P/N: DP4M-5, Quantity: 15 each minimum/91 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 15 each 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 19 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Phoenix Products, Inc. (042G6), because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitations must be processed through their respective embassies.
