- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026311T0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45 and DFARS Publication 20100802. This solicitation is issued for 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 812930 and the small business size standard is $7 million. This acquisition is for the leasing of parking spaces, in support of 12th Marine Corps District, Recruiting Station Portland. Utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures the Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 17 parking spaces for one base year and two option periods. The contract requirements for this procurement are outlined in Attachment 1. See Attachment 1 for all applicable provisions and clauses. The basis for award is lowest price technically acceptable. Technical Acceptability is meeting all specifications as detailed in the attachment. Quoters responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include the following: (1) Technical capabilities (2) Past Performance: provide two past performance reference (not more than 3 years old). Past performance references shall be similar to this requirement in scope and size. Include POC, contract number and contract amount, see Attachment 2. (3) Price: all pricing quoted shall be FOB Destination. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Any/all questions on this RFQ shall be received by this office No Later Than November 09, 2010 at 4:00 PM EST. The closing date and time for this solicitation is November 15, 2010 at 10:00 AM (EST). Quoters are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received and are legible.
