- This sow is the correct one with the required changes. Mod to the SOW: The Period of Performance is going to be from the 15th of Nov to the 29th of Nov This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3H3G30300A004 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. This is set aside for 100% service disabled veteran set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The business size standard is $14.0M. The site visit will be on the 10th of November at 1:00 PM CST. Please meet at the SAC gate for pickup. No more than two people per company. Email names of people attending and the company you are representing. Email no later than 9:00 AM CST on 10 November. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Replace wiring and check out of controls to 20 space ray heaters in building 565. See attached SOW. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS. PARTIAL BIDS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED AS PARTIAL BIDS. 52.204-7, Central Contractor registration applies to this acquisition.
