Ft. (ABOA): 5,450 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 27 Parking Spaces (Surface): 25 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 (and secured) Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous and on the first or ground floor. Space must also be accessible to the public by having a street entrance. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The space should yield a minimum of 5,450 to a maximum of 6,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Space must be accessible to the public by having a street entrance. The Government will require twenty-seven - (27) surface parking spaces which includes five (5) secured/fenced reserved parking spaces for government vehicles. The proposed space must be located within the City Limits of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
