- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN FAYETTEVILLE, AR STAR #: 0AR2053 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 16,811 rentable square feet in Fayetteville, AR. The space should yield 15,423 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require at total of one- hundred thirteen (113) parking spaces, two (2) of which are reserved spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following parameters of: • North: Joyce Blvd • South: Appleby Rd and Harold Street • East: Old Missouri Road • West: Gregg Ave Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 13, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership and CAD files identifying the shell space being offered.
