- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Wind River Systems, 500 Wind River Way, Alameda, CA 94501-1171, VX Works and Tornado Software Maintenance Support Agreements until 30 September 2011. Wind River Systems is the only certified agent that is able to meet the Government ™s needs. All responsible parties may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. FOB Destination to Dahlgren, VA shall apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in accordance with FAR Part 13. The North American industry Classification System code is 511210, $23 million size standard. The closing date is 10 November 2010. The anticipated award date is 12 November 2010.
