- The National Park Service is requesting information for market research for the requirement below: Title of Project: Documentum/Sharepoint Archive Utility Project Location: Denver Service Center, Denver, Colorado The National Park Service (NPS) is looking for a commercial off the shelf software product (COTS) that will archive content stored in SharePoint (both 2010 and 2007) into EMCs Documentum. SharePoint is used for collaboration and Documentum is used as a records management system. The solution sought after must archive SharePoint documents including metadata and other unstructured lists as XML or another standard file format. Ideally the product can be configured to deliver the content at different times throughout its lifecycle or at regularly scheduled intervals. The solution should be easy to deploy without a lot of customization. Responses should include details around: Support for SharePoint 2010 and MOSS 2007 Support for Documentum 6.5 Compatibility in a 64 bit environment Ability to map metadata from SharePoint to Documentum Archive can be run on a schedule or by an event Relationship between SharePoint and archived Documentum content History of archive Version control Built on open industry standard architecture Licensing model and if any impact to current SharePoint and Documentum licensing" Type of Procurement: It is anticipated that a negotiated firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price. This procurement will be set-aside for Small Business concerns only. Anticipated solicitation: This solicitation will be posted on either Federal Business Opportunities as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation or on GSA E-Buy as a Request for Quote, depending on market research results. No exact dates for solicitation has been selected at this time. Estimated Price Range: $90,000 Estimated Period of Performance: January 2011 thru February 2011, subject to change Small Businesses firms must be certified in accordance with solicitation clauses 52.219-8-Utilization of Small Business Concerns (May 2004). All interested vendors shall be registerd in CCR. Vendors who have a comparable GSA Schedule shall make that information available in their response, including GSA Contract Number. The Government reserves the right to solicit this requirement on GSA E-Buy. Respondents are advised to submit capabilities in accordance to the details listed above.
