Description

This notice is being issued to inform all interested parties that the Design-Build procurement for the Repair and Alteration of the Frank Hagel Federal Building project located in Richmond, California, solicitation # GS-09P-10-KT-C-0073, is being CANCELLED due to a change in the project delivery method. The project will now utilize the Construction Manager as Constructor project delivery method. The GSA would like to thank all the Design-Build teams that submitted a response to the Request For Qualifications and would like to encourage your continued interest in this project.
