- US Fish & Wildlife Service intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Foundations of Success for online training in Conservation Measures Partnership's (CMP's) Open Standards for Conservation. The online training will comprise of online modules, webinar, prepared of materials, online teaching and coaching, Miradi software, and communication outside of class time, as needed to answer questions, and final evaluation. Period of performance should begin by December 1, 2010 and be complete by May 31, 2011 (6 months).The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested persons may identify their interest in this requirement no later than 10:00 AM EST, November 4, 2010 to: Gavin Arora, Contract Specialist, at gavin_arora@fws.gov or 703358.2455. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. No solicitation will be made available. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
