Description
Employee Assessment Testing Capbility Questionnaire This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine market capability and business size for an upcoming contracting requirement. This is not a request for proposals. All responses are to be communicated by e-mail. All companies who respond and want to be considered as meeting small business size or having the capability to readily provide the required services must complete the attached questionnaire in its entirety and submit to the Contract Specialist by e -mail. The NAIC of this requirement is 541612, Employee Assessment Consulting Services (Sub-catagory of Human Resources Consulting Services); annual revenue not to exceed $7,000,000 annually. Vendors must qualify under NAIC code 541612 to be considered small. Customs and Border Protection has a requirement to continue employee assessment test support services via web-based distribution platform. For the past five years, CBP has developed and monitored an Employee Assessment Testing Program via a private contractor's website. The automated system has the capability of administering test batteries to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies for entry-level and promotion selections within mission critical occupations. The number of tests currently number approximately 7,000 annually, but has the potential to increase substantially. The contractor shall provide automated testing accounts for all individuals who have taken an automated assessment (up to 30,000 - 40,000 candidates presently). The contractor sends batch e-mails to candidates informing them of testing requirements, self scheduling and rescheduling processes. The contractor provides trained test administrators nationwide/worldwide to proctor testing sessions 24/7 within 120 miles of each port of entry. The contractor provides web-based test computer facilities within 120 miles or less of each port of entry and international airports to include the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories as well as on occasion test sites in Europe and Asia. The automated system provides feedback to the candidates. The test results are electronically transmitted to CBP. This is not a sources sought to determine if a contractor can develop an automated employee testing program. This is a sources sought to determine the contractors who can readily begin providing the test batteries within 30 days after a contract award to continue the service without interruption. This is not a request for pricing; nor is a solicitation available Please provide answers to the attached questionnair.
