- Description
- The US Coast Guard requires engineering support, technical, and logistic services in support of the USCG C130 aircraft series for a one-year base period and two one-year option periods renewable annually, but not to exceed three years. The estimated requirement includes, but is not limited to, the following positions: Program Manager/Senior Technical Analyst, Aviation Technical Writing and Technical Analyst, Senior Graphics Specialist/Technical Analyst, Graphics Specialist/Technical Analyst, and Ground Maintenance System Administrator/Technical Analyst. The USCG anticipates award of a labor-hour contract utilizing Best Value evaluation methods and acquisition procedures as described in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. Contract award will be made to that offeror who provides the best overall value to the Government in terms of the evaluation factors listed in descending order as follows: Experience, technical capability, management approach, past performance, and price. Experience, technical capability, management approach, and past performance when combined are significantly more important than price. Incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $27M. This acquisition is set aside for small business. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency.
