- ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Jody Criss, Contract Specialist, email: jody.ryan.criss@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX0T1024AX, NOUN: Pusher Set, Bearing; NSN: 5180-01-114-0840; P/N: 21C7003G01; Quantity: 8 each minimum/128 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to UH-60 Turbine Engine with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 8 each, 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 30 each year until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 8 each, 275 DACA. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering and tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. WARNING: THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
