- BSM PR 0027103318. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following: NSN 1560-01-420-5527, Boom, Aircraft, IAW L-3 Communications, Inc. (CAGE 7Z726) and DRS C3A (CAGE 1S6F6), part number NAV94306-01. FOB is at Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Requested delivery is 150 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item and Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is October 28, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about November 29, 2010.
