- RFI: KC-10 Maintenance Interactive Media Instruction Request for Information (RFI) KC-10 Maintenance Interactive Multimedia Instruction This is an Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 - Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997). Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought. Companies responding to this sources sought are advised that participation does not ensure involvement in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expenses associated with preparation or participation in this RFI. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Any proprietary information contained in the response shall be clearly marked. Only United States companies will be considered for contract award. The Agile Combat Support Directorate, Simulators Division is conducting market research to identify, as potential sources, companies that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to competently and competitively respond to requirements to demonstrate, test and install a total system providing KC-10 Maintenance Interactive Multimedia Instruction. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. If, after reviewing these documents, you desire to participate in the market research to convey the desired capability, complete the request for Business Information and Contractor Capability Survey. Responses and documentation that support your company's capability to meet these specific requirements must not exceed 10 total pages of type and should not contain generic marketing material. Failure to provide focused responses may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities, which may affect our future acquisition strategy. 2. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged and up to each industry partner. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is expected to be 333319 with a size limit of fewer than 500 employees. 3.
