- DTS Hosting DTS Architecture DTS System Overview THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued by the NETCENTS Contracting Office solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or services. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the government in developing an acquisition strategy and statement of work/statement of objectives and performance specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. All material submitted in response to this RFI must be unclassified. This is an informational gathering effort only and if further procurement action is taken, additional publications(s) will be done as required.
