- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for preventative maintenance/repair of warehouse equipment for the IRS National Distribution Center located at 1201 N. Mitsubishi Motorway, Bloomington, IL 61705. This requirement is for commercial services and will be processed pursuant to commercial item procedures outlined in FAR Part 12. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this service is 811310. The size standard is $7.0 million. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or after October 20, 2010. To request a copy of the RFQ you may fax: 972-308-1928 or email: cathy.s.collier@irs.gov. Include in your fax/email the following information: Company name and address, phone/fax numbers, Point of Contact, DUNS number and Cage Number. Phone requests for the RFQ will not be honored. Please note you must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and maintain an active record to receive an award. Registration must be done online at www.ccr.gov.
