Description
This procurement is being solicited for award by SAIC-F under its contract #HHSN261200800001E for Operations and Technical support at the National Cancer Institute-Frederick, a federally funded research and development center. SAIC-F is the prime contractor charged with operations and technical support of the government owned contractor operated (GOCO) facility. 2 each - 9.840-690.0 - Windsor Chariot I-Scrub 3-12V/198 A/H AGM Batteries, 21A Dual Mode Automatic Charger W/Pad Drivers 1 each - 9.840-479.0 - Windsor Chariot Extractor 3-12V/198 A/H AGM Batteries, 21A Dual Mode Charger See below for Equipment to be Traded: Must list a separate line for each piece of Equipment to be traded with pricing. 1 each - Windsor Scrubber Chariot - Acquired 11/6/2005 - Serial # 1000151051 1 each - Windsor Scrubber Chariot - Acquired 11/6/2005 - Serial # 1000151052 1 each - Windsor Model # SC264 - Saber Cutter Acquired 11/6/2005 Serial # 1000151123 Specifications: 1) The part numbers listed are from Windsor. 2) Offerors are requested to quote on the items listed. 3) Offerors are requested to quote on the items as listed. Proposals for equivalent or alternate products will be considered non-responsive. 4) Offerors are requested to quote NEW only, quotes received for like new, used or refurbished will be considered no responsive. 5) Warranty shall be ______months, including parts, labor and travel. 6) All offers must be F.O.B. Destination. 7) Any shipping charges must be indicated and listed on the response for evaluation. 8) Freight charges over $250.00 require a copy of the original freight bill and separate invoice for payment. 9) Partial offers will not be considered. 10) Award of this Proposal may be made without discussion. 11) Offeror agrees to make delivery of the quoted items in ______ days after receipt of order. 12) Offeror must self-certify in the Central Contractor Registration, https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx to be eligible for an award. 13) Offeror must state whether installation of this equipment and training on the use of this equipment is included in the offer price.
