- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Performance Work Statement Solicitation NOTE: All proposals are due no later than 23 October 2010, at 10:00am Kabul Local Time. Currently this site resets to Eastern Standard time. Please note that proposals will be considered LATE if received after 23 October, 2010, 10:00am KABUL LOCAL TIME. Proposals received according to 10:00am Eastern Standard Time WILL NOT be considered for award. SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: The contractor shall completely repair and/or overhaul IAW OEM specifications, processes, and procedures. The contract shall provide fully qualified personnel and possess the appropriate license and/or certification IAW the IAC. The service life of the aircraft after an overhaul willbe, at a minimum, 2,000 flight hours and eight (8) years. Repairs could include all of the maintenance normally performed during an overhaul, including major component changes. The contractor will update all historical documents, logbooks, and passports IAW OEM specifications, processes, and procedures. The contractor shall provide a return to service statement certifying the Mi-17/Mi-171 is fully mission capable. The contractor shall mentor and train AAF personnel as required by the On-Site Government Representative (OSGR).
