- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1057, will issue October 22, 2010 with a closing date of November 22, 2010. PR is IQC10141009028, Stock Number, 6150-01-559-5307, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted.NSN is Non- Commercial and Non- Critical Safety Item. NSN is Critical Item Application. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. Sole source of supply are: Critical Solutions International, Cage Code 1N5S7; Part Number: C203ARV66_USA. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year 132 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for the base year and each option year is 33 each. The Guaranteed Maximum quantity for the base year and each option year is 132 each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 264 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 68 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
