- NSN: 5975001781221, Tubing, Electrical Metallic in accordance with ANSI UL797 EIGHT EDITION AMEND NR 08, TYPE NUMBER FFH00111TYPE1269, unit of issue is 1 Length (LG) is equal to 10 Feet (FT). Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. A commercial item determination is needed as this item is commercial per SAP on 07 October 2010. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Firm Fixed Price with one base year plus four option years. This is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Surge & Sustainment requirements do not apply for this requirement per IBMS Website inquiry on 07 October 2010. Cost and pricing data is not required due to the dollar value. Progress payments will not be included per IBMS Website inquiry on 07 October 2010. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. For 5975001781221, pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 2,850 LG for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 713 LG. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 4,275 LG for the base and each option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 713/2,850 LG. This is not a Critical Application Item (CAI) or a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation 07 October 2010. See PID Data for tech data package (TDP) availability information. EEO Clearance is not required as the dollar has not been met. A small business subcontracting plan is not required as the dollar value threshold has not been met. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. ABVS applies. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 39 days ARO per IBMS inquiry. DLA-Direct delivery will be to New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA only. The solicitation issue date is 22 October 2010. The closing date is 22 November 2010.
