- Engineering, Scientific, & Technical Support Services 8a Award This is notice of the Department of Energy, Golden Field Office award of a firm fixed price contract with auxiliary time & material or labor hour line items to CAS-Navarro Joint Venture, LLC located in Westminster Colorado.
