Description
The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC has arequirement for the procurement of complete Uninterrupted PowerSupply (UPS) units and limited spares to provide power conditioning and backup battery power for three Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) Equipment Shelters.(See attached for specific requirements). The North American IndustryClassification (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 335999. The Governmentintends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on the items cited in attached RFQunder the Authority of FAR 6.302-1. Contract is to be FOB Destination to:SPAWAR Pacific, 4297 Pacific Highway, BLDG 7, San Diego, CA 92110.Inspection and acceptance will be by the Government at the Destination. TheGovernment will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capabilityto provide the supplies as stated in the RFQ and will award a firm fixed pricecontract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conformsto the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to theGovernment. Quote is due to Kim Ghaemmaghami, Contract Specialist,SPAWARSYSCENLANT by 12:00 PM EST 10/14/10. The Government will not payfor information received.
